I stand before You,
Not condemned, but fully known;
Not to earn the blood that bought me—
I am Yours, and Yours alone.
Completely loved, completely forgiven,
Completely healed and free;
It is through mercy You have given,
Through the blood You shed for me.
I adore You, I worship You,
I serve because You first loved me;
I cannot resist—I give my life
To honor You in sonship.
The days You place before me,
Every word and work and choice—
Are they yielded to Your Spirit?
Do I listen for Your voice?
What becomes of what You give me—
Every gift entrusted here?
Do I bury it beneath me,
Or invest it without fear?
Do I love when love is costly?
Do I give when none can see?
Do I follow when obedience
Asks the very heart of me?
Grace is never permission
To live careless with my days;
Grace becomes the holy reason
I desire to walk Your ways.
For the blood removes condemnation,
Every charge is nailed above;
But redemption does not make me
Unaccountable to love.
And as all my works are tested,
And the hidden things made known, There will be a church still standing
That is built by You alone.
